It is equipped with BXB sensible plate heat exchanger or heat tube heat exchanger. It used the ceiling or floor mounted, can be placed in room or outside.
The unit itself has no aerodynamic system, so it must be used with the fan box;
It is suitable for papermaking, tobacco, pharmaceutical, chemical fibre and other industries drying heat recovery site.
Remarks:
1. If use BXB plate heat exchanger, fresh air can be recovered from the heat of industrial exhaust air, which temperature below 200 degrees.
If use heat tube heat exchanger, fresh air can be recovered from the heat of industrial exhaust air, which temperature below 80 degrees.
For temperatures above 80 degrees, please contact our company.2. The structure of heat recovery box can be designed according to site conditions.
3. The size of this structure does not include blower system.
4. This heat recovery efficiency is equal to the amount of supply air and exhaust air, and different heat recovery efficiency of the air supply and exhaust can be consulted.
5. The heat recovery box can be made into the ceiling or floor mounted and other structural forms (general air volume below 100,000m3/h).
