Energy storage systems, as an intermediate regulatory link in power grids, are particularly crucial in the construction of smart grids. However, high temperatures pose severe challenges to the operation of energy storage cabinets, not only affecting the normal functioning of equipment but also potentially leading to safety hazards.
Energy-saving and cooling system solution
The indirect cooling system primarily consists of a BXL plate heat exchanger, internal circulation fan, and external circulation fan. Within the BXL plate heat exchanger, aluminum foil isolates two channels. The internal circulation air transfers heat to the external circulation air, thereby reducing its temperature and cooling the internal environment.
The BXL plate heat exchanger utilizes high-quality hydrophilic aluminum foil, epoxy resin aluminum foil, stainless steel, and light alloy materials. With air flowing in opposite directions, the counterflow design increases the heat exchange area, ensuring complete separation of fresh and exhaust air to prevent odor and moisture transfer. Five airflow configurations are available: L-L, L-U, U-U, I-U, and I-E types. It is ideal for energy recovery in industrial ventilation systems and compatible with various models, particularly in applications where return air is prohibited, such as cabinets, charging stations, and power distribution cabinets. The heat exchanger features rapid heat transfer, no secondary pollution, and excellent performance. For different applications, epoxy resin aluminum foil can also be selected for enhanced corrosion resistance.
