The rotary heat exchanger as a heat storage core, when the fresh air passes through a semi-circle of the wheel exchanger while the exhaust wind reverses through the other semi-circle of the wheel exchanger. In this way, fresh air and exhaust air will alternately transform through the rotary heat exchanger.
Structural features:
1.High Recycle Heat Efficiency
Designing like honeycomb heat storage core that constitutes a huge contact area for heat storage, moisture absorption, heat transfer, and air transfer. More importantly, it has excellent characteristics for recovering energy and humidity, and the recovery efficiency up to 70%-85%.
2.High Performance Material
The sensible rotary heat exchanger of the core material is available in either light aluminum foil or seawater resistant coated aluminum foil. SUS304 stainless steel foil is available for special field. Furthermore, the total heat wheel heat exchanger of the material is light aluminium foil that coating a special material, which has a large absorption surface area and a selective absorption function.
3.Double cleaning sectors:
Due to the structural problems of the rotary heat exchanger, the fresh air and the dirty air will be mixed. In order to prevent the dirty air from the fresh air, according to the airflow speed, the revolving speed of heat retainer and the steering direction, we designed a cleaning sector. This structure not only prevents polluted air, bacteria, and dust mix flow into the fresh air, but also avoids cross-contamination of the airflow. It’s important in some occasions.
