Operating principle:
The U-shaped dehumidification heat tube is composed of two parts: pre-cooling and reheat. The two parts are integrated into one body, and no energy is needed, relying on the dehumidifier cooling coil in the middle, to achieve the pre-cooling and reheating of the air, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and dehumidification.
First, the hot and humid air is precooled through the cold side of the heat pipe, hot and humid air transfers heat to the heat pipe. The hot and humid air releases heat. And the medium in the heat pipe absorbs the heat in the air, the temperature of the wet air decreases, and the relative humidity increases. Then, the humidity after cooling through the heat pipe enters the cold coil at the end of the heat pipe. Finally, the moisture in the air condenses after reaching saturation to achieve the purpose of dehumidification.
After passing through the cold coil, the air enters the reheating heat pipe and transfers heat with the heat pipe. The low-temperature air absorbs heat, the temperature rises, and the relative humidity decreases. The medium in the heat pipe releases heat, condenses into a liquid state from the gaseous state, and returns to the suction along the pipe wall. The hot zone circulates back and forth in this way to achieve energy saving and dehumidification.
